Terms and Conditions – Spend & Win Lucky Draw

Eligibility and selection 

1. This lucky draw giveaway starts on 8 April 2022 and ends on 6 May 2022.
2. All contest participants must purchase at least one item of any value through the Difference Engine Online Store between 8 April to 6 May 2022. After this date, no further entries to the lucky draw will be considered.
3. One order entitles the participant to one lucky draw entry.
4. Sale items are non-refundable. Please see this page for shipping information.
5. The lucky draw is open to anyone residing in Singapore, except employees of Difference Engine and their immediate relatives.
6. Winners will be selected at random.

 

Prizes 

1. Prizes are as follows: 
   • One winner will receive the full catalogue of Difference Engine’s titles worth $127.50 SGD. (A Drip. A Drop. A Deluge: A Period Tragicomedy Deluge Bundle, Amazing Ash & Superhero Ah Ma Book #1, Marvellous Mammals: A Wild A to Z of Southeast Asia, SOUND: A Comics Anthology, The Makers Club Book #1 & The Makers Club Book #2) 
   • Three winners will receive any two books of their choice from the list of titles stated above. 
2. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

 

Prize redemption

1. The winner will be notified by email by 18th May 2022. The email address used for correspondence will be the email used in the purchase order. 
2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
3. Difference Engine will notify the winners on how the prizes are to be collected. Only selected entries will be notified.

 

Contest matters

1. By participating in this contest, the entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Difference Engine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions, or terminate, vary or suspend this contest, or substitute this contest for another, at any time without prior notice.
3. Difference Engine’s decision in respect of all matters related to the contest will be final. 
4. Any information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy found on our website.
