Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: For local (Singapore) addresses, orders should arrive within 7 business days after your order has been shipped. We would appreciate your understanding if we are unable to ship everything together in a single parcel due to the physical features of the books.
For international addresses, orders should arrive within 10 to 21 business days after your order has been shipped, subject to domestic customs clearance.
Q: How will my international order be shipped?
A: All international orders are shipped by Singapore Post Registered International Mail. Please ensure that there is someone present at the address to receive and sign for the item. You can also track your item’s status (for selected countries).
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we seek your understanding that there may be significant delays for international shipments in and out of Singapore.
Q: I pre-ordered a book. There are other items in my order. How will they arrive?
A: We will ship out titles in stock upon purchase. The pre-ordered title will be shipped once it becomes available.
Q: I keyed in my order details incorrectly, what should I do?
A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you from there. For orders that have already been shipped out, we seek your understanding that we will not be able to change the order or refund any items.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping in Singapore is free if you spend a minimum of $40 SGD. For international deliveries, shipping rates depend on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout. As a guideline, here are the shipping fees you can expect:

Q: What taxes do I need to pay?
A: We currently do not charge Goods and Service Tax (7%).
For international deliveries, there may be import taxes based on the customs laws of your country. Please note all import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What modes of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept payment by debit or credit card.
Exchanges & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item or get a refund?
A: We take great care when we pack your order, hence we are not able to accept returns, exchange, or refund products. On the rare occasion a book is damaged during delivery or a wrong order is received, please contact us at email@example.com.
Q: I’d like to bulk order an item I see in your shop. How do I do that?
A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you from there.
